Location and stuff :) The hotel is located in a perfect location, everything of “must see in London” is so easy to reach from this area. The hotel is only a 4/5 minute walk from the metro station Paddington which is perfectly connected to the city centre. ( 25-30min to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, Camden market, etc. ) And almost forgot, you can walk to Hyde Park from the hotel in just 10 minutes :) And in the end, the staff is so friendly and always ready to help you. ( * if you choose the breakfast service from the hotel which is quite good you can have a great meal for money that you wouldn’t be able to cover if you’re eating out somewhere because the prices are quite high )

The staff were extremely welcoming when we arrived and so lovely to chat with. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. Not even a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station which has access to the underground and train services. There’s lots of restaurants and pubs around so you won’t be short on options to eat out. The hotel does offer a continental breakfast but we ate out most mornings on our way out. The room was great, super clean and perfect for us. A tv with a good few channel options and also a tea/coffee station. Overall, I would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep and chill out in the evening if you plan on exploring London for most of the day.

If you plan on going to London, definite recommendation for this hotel. It's not the cheapest option out there, but it damn well is good value for your money. Location of the hotel is wonderful. Staff was excellent, caring and very friendly. Beautiful interior. Single room is very small, but that's to be expected, perfect for a solo traveller. They offer a cold breakfast, so don't expect to have a full English. I loved my time there, I have nothing to complain, only wishing I could've stayed longer in London.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk away from Paddington Station. The area is nice and not too loud. The rooms, the hotel reception and the breakfast room are very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. No cooked English breakfast but a good continental breakfast with lots of choice. Good value for money in London. We slept very well and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, super kind staff, nice and comfortable rooms, a hearty breakfast. We had two rooms, for my teenage children and myself. Comfortable, warm rooms, with excellent beds. Plenty of restaurants (the Italian one near the Tube station is excellent and the Indian one next door to the hotel is quite good, too) and a pleasant pub nearby ! Will book again, next time I'll come to London.
