Location and stuff :) The hotel is located in a perfect location, everything of “must see in London” is so easy to reach from this area. The hotel is only a 4/5 minute walk from the metro station Paddington which is perfectly connected to the city centre. ( 25-30min to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, Camden market, etc. ) And almost forgot, you can walk to Hyde Park from the hotel in just 10 minutes :) And in the end, the staff is so friendly and always ready to help you. ( * if you choose the breakfast service from the hotel which is quite good you can have a great meal for money that you wouldn’t be able to cover if you’re eating out somewhere because the prices are quite high )

The staff were extremely welcoming when we arrived and so lovely to chat with. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. Not even a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station which has access to the underground and train services. There’s lots of restaurants and pubs around so you won’t be short on options to eat out. The hotel does offer a continental breakfast but we ate out most mornings on our way out. The room was great, super clean and perfect for us. A tv with a good few channel options and also a tea/coffee station. Overall, I would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep and chill out in the evening if you plan on exploring London for most of the day.

The room was excellent value for money. Spacious, exceptionally clean and the bathroom had a great sized shower with excellent water pressure. Not the typical tiny narrow cupboard sized shower with a trickle of water you often find at budget London Hotels. This had a full rain-shower in a well appointed bathroom. Double Bed was comfortable and I had a restful nights sleep. I have stayed here many times in years gone by, its had a great uplift and for the amount that I paid for the room, its was outstanding value for money, excellent staff, brilliant location and I'll continue to use the hotel each time in London for work.

The location is wonderful! I like that there is a reception and someone always there if you need them. People complain about the size of the hotel rooms and being old, it’s London, many hotels if not all, in that area are old! I’m grateful I have my own bathroom and it’s clean. There is an elevator!!! I think the price is reasonable. I love that there are so many options to have coffee and diverse selection of restaurants. Close to underground, buses, Pubs, Paddington station, not to mention beautiful Hyde Park. I absolutely love this area and I will stay at this hotel again.

If you plan on going to London, definite recommendation for this hotel. It's not the cheapest option out there, but it damn well is good value for your money. Location of the hotel is wonderful. Staff was excellent, caring and very friendly. Beautiful interior. Single room is very small, but that's to be expected, perfect for a solo traveller. They offer a cold breakfast, so don't expect to have a full English. I loved my time there, I have nothing to complain, only wishing I could've stayed longer in London.
